what power cord plugs into the right side of the usb3.0 express card adapter?

according to the benchmark review below:

How do i get one of those "supplemental power input jacks"?

Right now I am no where close the theoretical maximum of USB 3.0 and am just above the Read/Write speed of a USB 2.0 drive. HELP Please.
