Default Adjust the default volume (audio not disk)

Every time I play a file on my PBO, the volume level starts very low. I couldn't find a setting in the menu. If I telnet in, is there a setting in a config file where I can set the default level to be higher?

It sucks when I go back to the directv receiver and forget to lower the volume.

Once you adjust the PBO volume control it should turn back on at the level it was when you turn it off. The settings are stored in a database on the flash. So if you have the volume set for 27 and turn it off it should be set to 27 when you turn it back on. If that is not the case I suspect that your firmware might be corrupted and you might need to reflashed the firmware.
