If its in warranty, I am sure they will assist as best they can. You can contact their RMA dept here: http://patriotmemory.com/support/supportRequestp.jsp
You may also try posting a specific question or details of your issue and see if anyone else can help, it may be as simple as defaulting the unit. Though in your case, it probably isn't.

It probably is not in warrentee unless they have one longer than 1 year... I just want it fixed. I will contact them.
The warranty is 2 years.
