btpd does not require a port open per torrent. I know that some torrent client requires a range of port and that each torrent you download requires it's own port but that is not the case for btpd; it only requires one port for all the torrents downloads. Most torrent client that requires more than one port usually launch a process for every download hence the need for a range of ports. Not so with btpd.

I tried to follow snappy's instruction. However I can not complete the second step since /usr/local/bin/package not exist.
I should do some searches before I asked. I followed the instruction on this site and it worked.
