I am not 100% sure what you are talking about here. Do you mean when you try to add a torrent you can not select HDD1 as a destination for your torrent? The PBO bt client can only download to one device at a time. In other words if you are already downloading a torrent onto your USB drive you will not be able to select the HDD1 as the download device until the download to the USB drive is completed. Of course you can download more than one torrent at a time but they all must be downloaded to the same device HDD1 or USBx.

    Hi,

I'm on P61 and having similar problems.
I am able to load torrents in neighbor web but after a while the page is blank. Hitting the Home shows NO HDD storage even after refresh.

BT basically hangs! but interestingly after a cold restart I can see it again but obviously my download would have stopped and restarted again.

This is getting frustrating, anybody with any solutions.
I'm not familiar with unix commands but don't mind having a go at it (with a guide of course).

    Thanks.

Fact is bt client on P61 is not very stable at all even if you change your port# and limit the max-peers to 60. Since P62 is just around the corner I will try that first before I dig a little deeper as to what is causing the problem. Some of the possible fix might be to use the btpd and uniCGI from ACRBO 4318 in which the bt torrent I found was very stable and install them on P61/P62. That being said ACRBO 4318 uses SDK2.0 while P61/P62 uses SDK3.0 so that might also be the difference. If torrent download are a priority for you I suggest your use ACRBO 4318 whose bttorent client was very stable once you limit your max-peers to 60.

I hope, that 6.2 will come soon. I currently use 6.1. I too have problem with BT. Hard drive despairs from BT client after while. Currently in about one minute after reboot. Maybe is problem with torrents, that they have multiple files in it (cca 20). I hope, that if there is problem with too many pears, that this will be included in firmware, so that user wont have to manually change settings in start up file. I did add --max-peers 60 in it, but no change.

Check the makeover link in my signature below.
[*]Still new..? check the wiki. [*]Your shares gone for no reason ? Create a machine shortcut. [*]Trashing the G-adapter? upgrade cheaply to N. [*]Getting the hang of it? get organized .. add share shortcuts. [*]Getting sick of it ? it never hurts to rant here [*]Wishing for the time machine? give your PBO a makeover. Default Same problems

Interesting...I'm still using months-old firmware, that used to work fine, and I'm having the same exact problems as of this weekend.

So, apparently something else is going on here.
