    Default Question about CUE

i have tried to play a mp3 or ape file with cue.
it looks that the player can recognize the cue file and show the list correctly, but when i press "enter" on the item of list, it said invalid file name.

when i play the music file with cue, the player can detect the cue file with sane name, cool. but the list showed on the top left area is the file name instead of cue content.

below is part of my cue file:
    Code:
    PERFORMER "Various Artists"
    TITLE "In Search of Sunrise"
    FILE "ISOS_1.ape" WAVE
      TRACK 01 AUDIO
        TITLE "The Reachers of Civilization"
        PERFORMER "York"
        INDEX 01 00:00:00
      TRACK 02 AUDIO
TITLE "Anomaly (Calling Your Name) [Ferry Corsten Remix]"
        PERFORMER "Libra pres. Taylor"
        INDEX 01 05:31:33
    .....
the cue and music file are under same folder.

    any suggestions? thanks a lot

It wont play CUE, well read below. You can help the cause and add it to the wish list. If enough people ask it my help.

From your cue I see FILE "ISOS_1.ape" WAVE. Doubt that will ever work. I think you'll find you'll need FLAC or WAV. Mine are CUE with single FLAC. MedeBo FW will recognise the CUE and start playback from beginning but doesn't know anything about tracks.

I also briefly experimented with the uPNP plugin for FB2K streaming to the PBO, again with MedeBo FW. As FB2K knows about (compliant) CUESHEET, you can then get to individual tracks. uPNP support with the MedeBo firmware seemed fairly comprehensive and worked fairly well.

Generally though, don't bother with uPNP as it means you need your PC rather than just pulling the FLAC file from the NAS directly and most times, when you listen to an album it's usually beginning to end in any case.

    Still, CUESHEET support please.
