YouTube : "Can't play this file"

YouKu : stutter.

CNN: stutter

Haven't test the rest yet.

But billcat confirmed that downmix is working for all HD Audio encodes

Yup, passed with flying colors.

Most important problem is with mkv vids as outlined here.
Of course you know of the audio SPDIF issue pro and con.
Support for ogg needs to be re-enabled.
And this box still won't fetch me a beer

When I tried YouKu, the clip would only play for around 30s, then it stops and starts all over again. I have no problem in playing CNN video although the content did not seem to be updated in the last few days.

When I use the box on a standard tube TV in 4:3, the on screen keyboard for text input is on the top left of the screen with part of it outside the viewable area. I cannot see the first few characters I typed in.

The Last.FM channel did not work. I typed in artist name and did not find anything.

The news channel is nice but the text size is too small. It would be great if there is an option setting for font size and color in that.

There is no more 5.1 audio from hdmi (2.1 only) and the MKV issue ... some of the newer ones have no video ... just audio.

I do not have the 2.1-only issue from HDMI. All my MKVs play fine.

Hey Z any chance we can get a list of supported parameters for codecs with each firmware release (past and future please)? We have a lot of mediainfo output that we know many won't play but not the official reason why they won't play because of not knowing the parameters.

we'll try.. but there is just too many codecs and parameters. It's probably easier when some one tell us some thing doesn't work, and we'll try to support it.
