Memory RMA... - :)
Lemmie start by saying I am very pleased with the rma service at patriot. I read a few negative reviews here complaining about a slow rma. Well it worried me and I wasn't sure when I would receive my memory back.
I had a stick of pgs34g1333elk go bad on me and I sent a request for rma, I got a quick reply with a rma number. On May 25, 2010 I sent my memory to patriot who would receive it on the 27th. On the 28th patriot shipped the memory to me and I received it on the 29th. The package was well packed with a air bag keeping the memory safe in a well sealed box.
Bottom line is patriot is a great company the memory is excellent. Its obvious they stand behind their warranty.
