    2. How I can move files from my computer to PBO HDD with USB Data Transfer Cable?

    3. When I move files with lan cable, transfer speed are 5 Mbps. This is downgrade to 1986 years.

To get that kind of speed you need to connect your PBO to your computer using the USB cable that came with your PBO (the mini USB to USB cable). It should now show on your computer as a USB external hard drive. You can then transfer whatever you want from your computer to the PBO's hard drive.

Yea, the lan/wireless speed on the PBO really sucks! Many post on that in this forum.

You must use the mini USB port to connect your PBO to your PC and use it as external USB drive to get the best transfert speed.
Transfert speeds to Linux embeded devices through their LAN ports are commonly between 4 and 8 MB/s

I connect mini USB cable, but I do not see internal HDD in PBO.

    Where are software?

Where are USB drivers, because my computer do not see PBO. OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Unknown USB device.

There is no software needed, the PBO should be recognized as an external USB drive. If not, uninstall the device in the Windows config and restart your PBO.

    I get about 19 MB/s (19Mo/s for you "Frenchies" )

LAN transfert speed is an issue on all these media player devices. Many cheap NAS drives have the same problem.

I get around 22MB/s with Scorpio 640Gb installed in PBO. However when I connect Scorpio directly to PC via SATA interface, the transfer rate is 50MB/s

I had the same problem with Windows recognizing an Externally Enclosed BD Burner and after trying the recommendation that outatouch0 has mentioned (rescan disks) -- it was immediately recognized by Windows

Also - if the rescan doesn't resolve your issue -- you might want to try re-booting your computer while having the PBO connected via the mini USB cable - And - while the PBO is powered 'on' before the reboot

The first few times I also struggled to see the HDD using the USB cable. What helped for me was two things, firstly for some reason my PBO don't connect if one of my PBO USB ports have a WIFI dongle in, so if you have one pluged in, take it out. Then after that connect it to you PC, switch the PBO on and wait... about 2-5 minutes should do it and then check the drives again.

HAHAHA, yes, I was also very "happy" about the speed. Using a direct USB cable I expected at least some reasonable USB 2.0 speed. Forget it, the PBO is slow as dirt. I think I managed between 7MB/s - 18MB/s. Depending on how the PBO felt that day.
