File transfer problem help needed

hello
i bought pbo since 2 days , and when i transfer movie file from PC to PBO , it does work but when i want to view this movie it freeze after about 30s and return to menu

i need to retry transfer 2 or 3 times to work fine

i have tried to transfer movie file by ethernet and usb but same problem

please help me

transfer as in file transfer or streaming?

in file transfer

i connect pbo to my computer
transfer my movie by copie/paste to internal drive of pbo
when i want to read my movie on TV , it run about 30s then freeze and return to menu

But if i read same movie by plug usb key or by streaming , it run perfectly

do you think its due to internal Hdd ?

This sounds like it might be running the preview and returning to menu? Is that what is happening? Try going into your setup and turn preview mode off. This was one of the first things I did because some people reported aggrivation with it. See if that clears it up. Please let us know if this helps or not.

It seems that the problem is with the file being corrupted when copied,
After the file is being copied when you check it in the preview window, does the preview window show the correct file size and video duration ?!

yes it does

i have noticed transfer is very slow 6Mo/s ! , i need more than 30min to do it

5 MB/s is typical over the network, if the file is previewing correctly (if you leave the preview running you would watch more than 30 seconds) while running the file itself isn't working correctly, make sure you have upgraded to the latest firmware.

How big is the HDD you have in there ..? have you tested the HDD in your computer and made sure its running correctly ?

As a side note to this: you can switch to a wireless N dongle with the correct Realteck chip which will improve your speeds (assuming you have a "N" wireless router.
