Troubleshooting for Patriot Xporter XT Boost 8GB Flash Drive

I bought an Xporter Pulse 64gb and never used it before, brought it home, got it out of the plastic popped it in and same "Removable Disk" title + "Please insert a disk into Removable Disk" message. I have a different Patriot 64gb flash and different brand 64gb flash and never had this problem with either of those. I've tried this flash drive on a comp using XP, and a laptop using VISTA with the same results.

Is this format tool that's mentioned available online, or only offered in email? Thanks

Hallo, I have the some problem. My Computer, it asks to "insert a disk. Please send me any program to format disk, so I could use the Patriot Flash disc in future.

Unfortunately, my laptop can only recognize my flash drive as a "removable disk." When I double-click on it on My Computer, it asks to "insert a disk."
