Default Patriot Xporter XT 16GB - Damaged Blocks

    Hey there,

received today a Patriot Xporter XT 16GB USB stick and tried copying files to it.
After some gigabyte of transferred data it stopped copying and Windows Explorer stopped working.
Testing the whole stick using h2testw showed me an error when crc checking the written files for testing.
HD Tune Pro 3.50 also shows me lots of damaged blocks.

    Here is the log:

    Hi Slimp,

Do you mind leaving an email address in this thread or here:

It might sound like you'll need an RMA but I can send you a tool that'll factory format the drive on a cellular level. If this works, it might save you the hassle of RMA.
