Minor Issues With the New NAS Device

First, let me say I feel privileged to be one of the first to speak on this discussion forum. Today I was at Fry's Electronics looking for a NAS device. I probably spent about two hours comparing the various models they offered. I ended up with this product because it appeared to be a get-to-business product. The other products either required you to use their own proprietary software to access the NAS device and came with a lot of junk I would never use.


I ran into some minor issues:
1. I found out the hard-way, because I did not see it written in the manual, that if you log under a certain user name under Windows that you cannot use that same user name for accessing files on the NAS device.

2. More information on what exactly the bittorrent feature does on it would be great!

If there is a way to access the NAS using the same user name you use to log into windows with, I would like to know.
