    Question 500 internal error How to access DATA ?

    Hi
    On advise from Support i have reset my NAS ( hard drives removed to preserve data)
    However after reset i have the same issue still unable to access the DATA

    It is not in raid !!

    anybody know how i can retrieved the data from the hard drives



    Update
    Recieved RMA from support for nas replacement

    Still need access to some of the files
    any ideas on how without corrupting them ?

    UFS Explorer 5.X will read the SGI filing system. Just pull the disks out and install them into a drive case, plug the drive in your PC and load up UFS explorer....let it scan (takes a really long time) and it should find all your files....

    Thanks Mate will give it a try

    My electronic purchase receipt for the unit is on a .pst file on one of the drives (and the place i brought it from seems to have closed down)
    No receipt no warranty /rma processed
