I tried what you suggested but it didn't work. I put a support ticket in with Patriot so hopefully they will get back to me soon. But I'm up for other ideas in the meantime.

Ok, so here is the situation. I used to be able to connect my Patriot Box to my network and see it with my computer. I haven't changed anything. We moved, but I'm still using the same router and...
