I have bootcode 27 firmware 18-61 on my PBO and while there are numerous issues I've had no problems putting files on a thumb drive and watching movies that way, my questions are:
1. Do these tests...

The transfer was started on the PC.
The PBO locked up as soon as the cable is plugged in, before the transfer even starts! I am gonna try an old 4 port router just to see if that locks it up too.

And so is the PBO just 10/100 or does it do 1000 too?
I have a n router and get 1000 speed between my computers but not to the PBO

I do have dlink n router .... the DIR 655 .. having a look under networking and bridge mode. But why would the cat5 connection freeze up the PBO when the wireless doesn't?
