I have decided to just return the memory for a refund and will be looking for a new kit of either 24GB or 2 12GB kits.

Wasn't stable with DRAM set to 1.66 and QPI set to Auto, so I have turned the DRAM down to 1.64, also my board doesn't support a QPI/DRAM Voltage less than 1.20.

Wasn't stable with 1.64v.

All 24GB are seen in BIOS and in Windows, and the system seems to be stable, I checked all of the first channel slots, none will boot with the XMP profile with 1 stick, I also tried a dual channel...

Ben, do you think it will be safe to run the QPI at Auto and the RAM at 1.66v?

I tried setting the QPI to 1.30 and the system would boot with the 1600 settings, but stops before it loads Windows.

If I manually set the timing of the memory, but leave the voltage to Auto it will boot, but will BSOD in Windows, with the "DRAM Bus Voltage" set to 1.64 it so far hasn't BSOD, but if try to manually...

Due to time restraints I was unable to test each module individually tonight, but I did try each set of 12GB in the first channel at the XMP profile settings and neither would allow boot and I did...

Thank you for the response, the BIOS is up to date, and I will begin to test each stick individually.
