Hi, I read your posts concerning some users RMA and thought you might be able to help me out with mine... I sent a request a couple days ago but didnt get a response (email is mikejkinney@unitz.ca). My BIOS only reads 4GB from my Viper Series PC3-12800 6GB (3x2) kit. I tried booting with one installed and cycled through, and one stick wont POST at all. I tried every combination possible, and all different slots, and that one stick just completely isnt recognized. Its brand new kit also, never used in any system. Anything else I could try before I resort to RMA? I dont have any other DDR3 ram available, so im hoping i dont have to RMA the whole kit back unless I have to. Thanks for your time.
