I see no problem using the wiki (linked in my signature below), and if that doesn't support tables then a linked Google Doc on the wiki should do. The only problem with such table (IMHO) is it will only end up comparing GUI of the latest of each of the 3 available firmwares (Semiofficial, ACRBO and MedeBO), note that formal discussion of the ACRBO and MedeBO is questionable at the best (due to issues that I am sure you are aware off). The rest of non-gui features you list below are either hardware related (HDWR, REV, Chipset, Male/Fem serial header) or can be manually added to the firmware (like Jukebox, YT, RSS, metafeeds .. etc). That said, taking your idea a step further, I think a 1073DD firmware comparison would be beneficial, this would include the latest firmwares from devices like "PBO, Mede8er, ACRyan, Xtreamer, Seagate FAT+, .. etc" where all the aspects you mentioned below would be listed beside a PBO compatibility field.
