1T command rate for PDC2G3200LLK ?

Will PDC2G3200LLK kit run stable with a 1T command rate and standard 2 3 2 5 timing?

what heat spreaders does you kit have? All of it I have run old and new seem to run very well at 1T even while bumping the clocks. But the new stuff deffinately overclocks alot better with AMD then the old stuff did.
