View Full Version : Raid 5 crashed. Rebuild failed. How do I start over?

I want to delete my raid volume and start over. When I go to the raid management screen and try to delete on the WEBPASM I can't select the volume.

Is there anyway to force reset the device so I can start over? Luckily I have a backup of all the data that's on the raid so starting over will probably be faster than repairing.

I had to swap the position of two of the disks and then it let me delete and create a new raid.

Just a friendly reminder to have multiple copies of your data.
