95% Full Raid even after file deletion

My Javelin is new (4 weeks). It has 4 X 1Tb drives (2700gb in raid 5). I'm using Acronis to back up primary drives, Dashboard to backup data.
My drive reached 95% full yesterday with multiple backups. Used Acronis to delete 900gb of Acronis backups, web interface to delete Dashboard backups.
Javelin is still pinned at 95%, but cant find files to delete.
I used check file system, it shows a yellow stripe on icon. Attempted to recover file under raid management, but modify, create and recover tabs are blacked out.
I dont mind losing the data if I have to rebuild the raid array but need to know the easiest way to rebuild the array as well as the best way to delete data from server as I go forward. Any suggestions are appreciated

I found a big part of my problem, deleted files were in recyclers.

Hey Cmorgan,

That's a good find. Sometimes the recycling can be hidden and it may cause some inconsistencies with reformatting. I find that erasing the volume and the reformatting cleans out the whole partition and starts fresh.
