cannot see all the files with Media Player

I am using the J4 with my Media Player which is an Iomega HD Screenplay. When I first setup the Javelin and transfered files from my storage drive to the J$ drives, evertything worked perfectly. The Screenplay saw the media server and played the files without any problem. Two days later I can now only see one folder on the J4 and even that folder only shows a few movie files. I checked the J4 on my PC and all the files are where there are suppposed to be. I then looked at my picture folder and my muic folder and all those files are visible and playout fine on the media player. It seems that I am just having troubles with movie files. I have done all the preliminary things: rebooted, checked to see that the flies on the J4 can playback on my PC. But I am still lost. Any help would be appreciated.
