Raid error

I have 2 HD 2TB WD in raid1 formatted ext3
About ten days ago i had see a strange situation: when i want open from a PC public folder Valkyrie need the admin password (i had not change default permission to public folder)
When i open with web at page DISK MANAGEMENT i read "raid error" and in DISK SETTINGS is not visible HDDA but only HDDB.
Valkyrie is broken?
How i may regenerate RAID1 and free access to public folder?

Sorry for incompleted date.
Green leds of HDDB are green and not blinking.
I had tun off valkyrie and when i turn on green leds are blinking i think regulary (first light orange than green).
Now i am doing a backup on USB DISK all of the dates (start about 3 hours ago i think shall ends this night).
I don't use telnet ma only web with IP ADDRESS.
