print error and ntfs

Hello everyone
I recently bought this product.
I had some difficulty in recognizing fat32 formatted USB sticks.
I upgraded to firmware 1.33 and the loader 1.20.

I can now recognize my 1TB drive formatted NTFS?

unfortunately I can not print with my Epson Photo RX585.
I followed all the steps in the guide, but if I try to print the printer is "waiting to print"for a few minutes and then comes an error can not print from my windows xp.

if within the graphical interface with the browser printer status is "paper out"
But the printer try to print then the printer is properly installed and recognized.

can anyone help me?

Unfortunately this printer is not compatible with the Valkyrie. Let me know if you have any further questions.

but I have not the valkyrie, I have the gear box ;)

I tried with an other printer and the result is the same.

someone can tell me if the gearbox with the Epson RX585 printer not working?

and the brother 2040 printer is not supported too?

because i tried with this printer and the result is the same....
