Patriot XBL rev.F 1gb kit is getting Memtest errors.

I have been very pleased with these RAM, although I do not overclock them like most, as they are very snappy and get the job done well. I have run into problems as of late & decided to run Memtest only to find out one of the sticks was bad (got errors). I guess I need to do a RMA, but I have never done one. Could someone point me in the right direction & give me some tips? Thanks.
