A slightly lower price and larger rebate at amazon.com too. But WITHOUT the goodies that newegg includes. I guess this means the PBO is riding off into the sunset.

I just got my PBO from memory express(canada) 39.99 before taxes.
45 mail in rebate + 20 instant savings. I think they were/are having a kind of canadian black friday deals

I ordered another PBO from the $49.99 Newegg special only because others on here have said they had no trouble getting their rebate. I'm very suspicious of rebates after having lots of trouble from OTHER companies in the past. But we'll see.

This is my 5th PBO. I use all of them too. :-) I do PBO + HTPC with BeyondTV and PlayOn! instead of CableTV.

WOW - 'FIVE' PBOs and four without rebates - that may be a forum loyalty record :p

I have purchased 2 PBOs w/rebates and both were fufilled on or before the specified date

Enjoy your PBO(sssss) ;)

Well, I find the PBO incredibly handy. I rarely watch live tv. PBO ends up saving me money since it facilitates not having to have cable-tv when combined with the 4 HDTV OTA tuners in the HTPC.

Is there a prize for having the most installed in a single home? My house has structured wiring (LAN in almost every room), so it's not a big deal.

Anyway, I sent in the rebate. The invoice from NewEgg had Dec 1 on it while the actual purchase date was Nov 30, which I circled and which was the final day of the 2-day rebate period. We'll see what happens.

Oh yeah. To my surprise, NewEgg included a Patriot USB Wireless N card. I thought it was going to be a Wireless G card, which was included in a past order. I might actually find a use for the N card! So it ended up being a decent deal.

Maybe if you hard wired a PBO in every room in your house, submitted a video to PM showing this - they might list you in the Official Box Office Member of the Month and give you a free PBO  if you win ;)

I was surprised as well, I didn't even know they had a wireless-N adapter. After $45 rebate, 5% cashback CC, and these extras hit ebay, this will be a very cheap PBO ($20-$30).
