Patriot USB 3.0 ExpressCard Adapter (PCUSB3EXP) and ICY BOX IB-223StU3

Hi,
I just bougth your USB 3.0 ExpressCard adapter, but my laptop can't see my Samsung HM500LI inside an ICY BOX USB 3.0 external box. If I connect the box via standard USB 2.0 ports it works, while when connected via your adapter not.

Can it be a power problem or something else?

I've just made a fresh Windows installation.

Marco, that's the same Box and same expresscard I have (see other thread)... send an email to their support...supply your address... and wait.
