8gb xporter format problems

I am unable to copy anything to my 8gb Xporter Razzo USB drive. While Windows XP recognizes it as a &quote;removable disk,&quote; when i try to copy a file, it says the disk is not formatted, and do I want to format it. Windows then says that attempts to format it are unsuccessful, however. FAT32 is the only format option, and I've tried on both desktop and laptop. Any fixes?

if your not able to format the usb drive then there is something wrong with the usb drive. i would suggest you to exchane that usb drive out.
