4GB Micro SD Memory Issues

Has anyone had problems with the 4GB Patriot Micro SD? I recently purchased a module, uploaded some .avi files on it and used it in a Sansa View unit. It worked initially, but then messed up two units that I had to exchange and will not read through a USB reader on my computer (Windows XP, SP2) and hangs the explorer and system.

does the sd card still work in your picture device? it could be that there is something wrong with the sd card itself. see if it still works in the picture device you have.
