Hello all,

I'm a newbi in HD universe and I need a litlle help for something.

I bought last week a 720p projector (epson ex71) who have input for HDMI, USB, VGA, S-Video, Composite and RCA Audio x 2. No output.

I want to plug my PBO to it using an hdmi cable but I want to throw audio signal into my amp (rca jack). There is a way to use an hdmi cable only for video and split audio signal into rca cable?

Thanks you! :)

David

Analogue audio (RCA) is always working even if you are passing digital audio via HDMI/SPDIF. So you don't need to change anything, this will work as you have outlined.

Hey David just know that using the rca jacks you will never get anything but stereo sound from the files as 5.1 or above will only pass thru the optical sound output or the hdmi.
