System Specs:
Abit Fatal1ty FP-IN9 SLI
Patriot 2GB PC2-6400 C4 Extreme Performance (PDC22G6400LLK )
Intel Pentium E1240

Problems:
Do not seem to be able to get above 1.8GHz OC.
I have relaxed the timings (5.5.5.15), left the voltage @ 2.2V and standard core voltage.
I have unlinked it, raised the FSB from 800 to 900, and it boots, but anything higher and it doesn't like it at all.

Gone are the days of easy OC'ing, but this is doing my head in.

Trying to aim for approx 2.2GHz nothing too much.

Any ideas??

Thanks

I reviewed that particular motherboard myself. It isn't a great overclocker. Also, those memory modules you are using typically top out at 1000MHz @ 5-5-5-15. The motherboard is the biggest factor since I couldn't get it much higher than 1333MHz Front Side Bus and that was cranking up the voltages all around. If your RAM is reaching 950 to 1000MHz, then you are hitting that limit. You can check it out at www.Virtual-Hideout.net
