I just purchased one of these modules, and in using it with an Epox EP-8RDA3+ motherboard (NF2 socket A), I see that the memory defaults to 2.8 volts. This seems a bit high. What does the SPD request for a default voltage?

The problem may be that this motherboard has the following DIMMvoltage settings: 2.50, 2.63, 2.77, 2.90. I think that the system is using the 2.77 setting and over-volting it slightly (according to the power readings in the BIOS).

I haven't extensively tested this, but it seems to be stable at the 2.63 setting (which appears to be more like 2.67v).

Running it at 210 MHz 2,3,2,8,2CMD timings along with a 512MB Mushkin PC3500 module in single channel mode. (I noticed the 2.8v setting even when the Patriot module was installed by itself. The Mushkin module defaults to 2.67v.)

Actually the voltage should set to according to your system. There isn't any a max voltage setting for our PEP1G3200LL, but we don't recommend you set anything higher than 2.8 volts.
