Hello,

it is not a problem of public folder, but it is a problem of rights
I guess you are not able to change access rights ...the same as me:

Hello,

Looks like. I copied files from my external USB drive using Copy button at front of the unit. Files were copied into Public folder and I am not able to remove them :-( Files I copy "manually" I can delete with no problem as well as the files in any other folder. Only files copied through this "AutoCopy" function are not possible to be changed.

That's exactly the same story as mine.

have you check the backup option to adjust your stored location?

i'll check on the public folder rights.. seems rather strange.
