USB Disk pro can't identify the capacity of flash

I have PSF8GUSB flash stick, I'm running windows xp sp 2, and after downloading USB Disk pro utility to my flash and launching it, program report &quote;can't identify the capacity of flash&quote;... How it can be fixed?

Make sure your USB options in the BIOS are set to High Speed (2.0+1.1) You may also have to configure a jumper depending on the age of your motherboard. Double check that your motherboard drivers are up to date.
