Can't play WMV Files

I can't get my patriot box office to play any of my wmv files. I've downloaded and installed the latest firmware hoping that would fix the problem but it didn't. My wmv files arn't drm protected and I don't think theres anything special about them. Every other format seams to play fine, anyone have any ideas why I can't get wmv videos to play?:confused:

The PBO only supports ONE wmv format, that's WMV9. If it's any other version, the PBO will not play them.

Hmm, according to the program I used to create the wmv files (Adobe Premiere Pro) they were exported as WMV9 files, but if I open them in VLC Media Player and go to media information it says WMV3 as the codec.. I don't think Premiere would lie and say its exporting as 9 but secretly exporting as 3 would it? Any Ideas? Thanks. :)
