I was referred to here after leaving a product review on Newegg of this product after not receiving a response from my request for an RMA request via e-mail. I was advised to view the forums and possibly utilize the utilities that may assist me with getting the drive to operate again. Well these tools that were suggested although helpful do not apply to my scenario. A low level format tool is not helpful to me if the drive is not recognized by Windows. I do not find it logical to uninstall my USB drivers on my 4 systems since my Kingston 16GB works fine in all of them. Unless I'm missing something I feel that my situation strongly warrants an RMA.
