What are the chips on the PDC1G3200LLK? Are they TCCD?

I know the PDC1G3200+XBLK are TCCD because I bought them. As far as I've researched, only the XBLK are TCCD. So I think your PDC1G3200LLK are something other than TCCD. Moderator, please correct if i'm wrong.
