USB Disk Pro tool

Does anybody know if this tool is available for download somewhere? I sent an e-mail requesting for it but nobody has replied.

I'm in the same situation. I would like to download the USB Disk Pro program, but the link on the website doesn't work. I'd like to use it for the Transporter XT 4 Gb USB drive.

I also sent an email to customer service and haven't gotten a response. Hopefully, they will respond here.

I followed your instructions to send you a PM, but it states:

If you are trying to send this message to multiple recipients, remove Patriot_Ben from the recipient list and send the message again.

Also, when sending a PM, there is no statement about "Send message to users even if they are not on your contact list." Here are the items under "Additional Options":

Save a copy of this message in your Sent Items folder.
Automatically parse links in text
Disable smilies in text

It also shows that you are not a registered user. It says you are posting as a guest. I can send PMs to other users without an issue.
