I am watching some video in HD today and some YouTube videos. I am getting slow performance I think it's coming from the Torqx. I think Chrome (browser) is trying to write into a temp file and it's not happening fast enough. I don't know of a way to put this cache on another disk. The video is "hanging" and I know it's not my connection. It shows on YouTube how much you have downloaded. I ran the "performance restore utility" and the problem is gone. I wonder how often we will need to use the utility.

How often you have to run the performance restore utility should depend on how much space you have free and how much is written.
You can try this to move the Chrome cache:
You can obviously replace the drive letter with any partition or drive that you wish.
"Create a folder named C:\Temp\Chrome
Modify the shortcuts that start Google Chrome and add –user-data-dir=”C:\Temp\Chrome” after the chrome.exe bit.
This will give you a shortcut of:
%appdata%\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.e xe –user-data-dir=”C:\Temp\Chrome”
Before you start Chrome you may want to move any existing profile directory from:
%appdata%\Local\Google\Chrome
to:
C:\Temp\Chrome
If you did this right, the next time you click the Chrome shortcut it will load up the settings from the Temp location and write the cache data there. Note: Chrome will no longer roam with you."

Thank you AGlobalThreatsK, I did move the cache as you described. When you say it will not "roam" do you mean it will not keep cookies. I will have to log into websites every time, etc.....because that's what it's doing. This sure takes a loot of writing off the SSD. It can only be a good thing.
