Warp SSD 256 GB Locks up on Macbook Pro sleep

I have one of the new Macbook pro 13, fitted with a Patriot Warp 256GB SSD.

All is well -- EXCEPT when the machine sleeps because of the sleep timer. After that - the system is locked waiting on the SSD. Have to power cycle to get it back.

Is this a known issue? How do I fix this?

I have the same problem but with the macbook 13", please if anybody find a solution for this I will be thankfull
