I created a couple of directories on this 4 GB drive under WinXP Pro, and copied a few files onto the non-secure portion of the drive. Then used the icon to remove removeable drives, which worked OK. Then tried the drive in another computer, also Win XP Pro, and now it's reporting both drives (secure & not secure) to be 0 bytes, and wants to be formatted. Returning to original CPU, I get the same results. While Win XP says it wants to format the drive, if I tell it to go ahead, nothing happens. Now what?

IT looks like that the patriot usb flash dirve's nachip that store all the infromation for the usb drive is bad. That is why it reads at 0MB for the dirves. we would suggest you to get the product rmaed with us.
