Puchased a 32GB Patriot a number of days ago, now it is sitting on the desk waiting for the web site support software to be operational. Any idea when it will be back operation - been down for 2 days (e.g. partitioning software, encryption, etc)

What Web Site Support software are you referring to? It's running in a system waiting for some sort of driver/ software download or it's sitting there not being used?
