PDC1G3200+XBLK Are they 1T or 2T?

I am trying to figure out if the PDC1G3200+XBLK are 1T or 2T woudl someone please let me know?

I think it is suppose to be 1T. I have the same memory modules and they run at 1T just fine for me.
