Alienware Area-51® m15x Laptop Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years or older at the
time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, temporary employees, independent contractors and interns of Alienware, Patriot Memory and
immediate family members of each, are not eligible to win prizes.
HOW TO ENTER:
You may enter online at http://www.patriotmemory.com/contests/alienware.jsp, ONE ENTRY PER PERSON PER
DAY. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
DEADLINES:
The contest begins on June 11, 2008 to July 11, 2008.
No submissions will be accepted after the deadline. No responsibility is assumed by Alienware or Patriot
Memory for lost, late or technical malfunctions that may occur. All e-mail entries must be submitted
from a valid e-mail account.
ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES:
(1) Alienware AREA-51 m15x Laptop
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
1 year warranty for the x15x laptop is non-transferable.
WINNER SELECTION:
Winner selection will take place on July 13, 2008. The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all
qualified entries. Winners will be notified by e-mail and phone. If a winner is unreachable after two (2)
business days, an alternate winner will be selected by a random drawing from the remaining qualified entries.
PRIVACY POLICY:
By entering the contest, you grant Alienware and Patriot Memory permission to use your information. As a
result, you may receive additional email communication or promotions from them. Alienware and Patriot Memory
will not sell, rent, transfer or disclose your personal data to any third parties.
